Custom Products Are Final Sale
Customized and engraved products are made for a specific customer and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has started. If custom3D.ca verifies that we made a production error, we may repair, rework, replace, or refund the affected engraving work at our discretion.
Artwork, Text, and Approval Responsibility
Orders are produced from the artwork, text, spelling, names, dates, logo files, placement notes, and proof approvals supplied by the customer. We may flag obvious issues, but we are not responsible for customer errors including spelling, grammar, image quality, missing design elements, low-resolution files, incorrect names, or artwork that does not engrave cleanly.
By submitting artwork, logos, names, photographs, or other content, the customer confirms they have permission to use it. The customer accepts responsibility for copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and intellectual property claims connected to submitted content.
Restricted Content
custom3D.ca may refuse artwork or text that is hateful, threatening, illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. We may also refuse copyrighted or trademarked logos where the customer cannot confirm permission to use them.
Engraving Results
Laser engraving is permanent. It removes or marks the surface of the item and cannot be undone. Final engraving appearance can vary by cup color, coating, material batch, product curvature, artwork detail, and lighting. Exact color fill is not included unless quoted separately in writing.
Customer-Supplied Cups and Items
Customer-supplied items are accepted only by prior approval. They are engraved at the customer’s risk. Coatings, hidden defects, counterfeit items, previous wear, dents, residue, unusual finishes, and unknown materials can cause inconsistent results, poor contrast, surface damage, or production failure.
If a customer-supplied item is damaged, marred, lost, or destroyed during handling, testing, cleaning, storage, engraving, or return shipping, custom3D.ca’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the engraving service on that item. custom3D.ca is not responsible for replacement cost, sentimental value, retail value, shipping cost, or consequential loss for customer-supplied items.
Shared Risk and Spoilage
Engraving includes a real production risk because drinkware coatings and supplied materials can vary. For custom3D.ca-sourced products, verified production defects caused by our process may be replaced or corrected. For customer-supplied items, the customer carries the item risk and custom3D.ca carries only the value of the engraving service paid.
Pricing
Product base pricing is intended to reflect the current supplier or Amazon-equivalent item cost, estimated Saskatchewan tax at 11%, and a small acquisition buffer to protect against marketplace price movement between quote and purchase. Engraving charges are added separately based on the selected engraving option. Prices may change before order placement due to supplier or marketplace price changes, tax changes, inventory availability, color availability, or rush requirements.
Rush production, when available, is charged per cup and affects production priority only. It does not guarantee carrier delivery times. Volume discounts may be offered on orders of 10 or more cups and may be adjusted or quoted manually for large, complex, or multi-artwork orders.
Colors shown online are subject to supplier availability. If the selected color is unavailable at the time of purchase, custom3D.ca may contact the customer to confirm a substitute color, wait for restock, or cancel/refund the item before production starts.
Shipping, Pickup, and Damage Claims
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Shipping damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Customers should inspect packages before signing where possible. Carrier delays, refused shipments, incorrect addresses, and import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, custom3D.ca is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages. For custom products, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or, for customer-supplied items, the amount paid for the engraving service on the affected item.

YETI, Stanley, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. custom3D.ca is an independent customization service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those brands unless expressly stated.
