Laser engraving is permanent. Submitted artwork is produced from the file and instructions you provide, subject to basic production review. Customer spelling, logo rights, artwork quality, placement choices, and proof approvals are the customer responsibility.
Customer-supplied cups are accepted only by prior approval and are engraved at owner risk. Coatings, hidden defects, prior damage, unusual finishes, and manufacturer variation can cause poor marks or failures. Liability for customer-supplied items is limited to the engraving charge paid for that item, not replacement cost.
For custom3D-sourced products, defective engraving caused by our production error may be reworked, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Customized items are otherwise final sale once production starts.
