Galvo Laser Alignment Helper

This file is quite simple. It is a very minimal alignment grid to help you adjust your galvo head to be fully centered with the pre-drilled holes in your Galvo laser stand. Works with standard 25mm Spacing.

Simply print, 

Insert the alignment tool into where you would like the center to be

Add an x and y straight line in your software of choosing 

Frame/Preview the contour 

Then adjust the head around until both lines match up with the 3D printed lines

Tighten the bolts down and your good to go.

You now know that when you have something perfectly centered it will match up with your holes.
