Cup Leveler

This is a drinkware holder for your Galvo laser. It uses a simple design that allows quick leveling of cups of many different sizes.

Simply screw down the base using the standard screws. They are designed to be used with the 10mm head diameter / 4mm tall ( head)  however smaller will work as well. 

Clamp down the smaller fixture into the center of your galvo laser plate. If you haven't done so, pick up this helper to center your galvo head to your plate here. 

Next use 2-4 screws to mount the moving jig. Don't mount them solid as you won't be able to move it in and out to adjust level. Mount them enough to provide decent grip but not so tight you can't move it.

Then place your cup in and level it to your galvo head. Tighten 1-4 screws down and you now have a rock solid mount to run you cups through. 

This product is for personal use only, It may not be shared or resold. You will be provided a zip file with an .stl file located inside.

Note: You may need a well calibrated 3D printer like the bambu X1C. I left the tolerances tight to keep things aligned. If you can't get them to work contact me and I can adjust tolerances.
